How it works

Conversion happens securely, entirely in your browser. The file is read locally using the HTML5 File API. Each file format is then processed against a pre-loaded WebAssembly engine — which decodes the pixel data and color profiles. Finally, the processed pixels are re-encoded into your desired output format.

The entire process involves no servers at all. It is pure local computation: pixels are transcoded bit by bit on your own hardware. That is why results appear instantly, why the tool can be free and unlimited, and why every conversion is strictly private.

What it will not do

It will not upload your files to a cloud server. When files are processed, they stay on your device.

It will not gatekeep features behind a paywall. All conversion formats are available to everyone, always paired with our unlimited batch processing.

Privacy

Images are never stored. Your image is loaded once so the pixels can be read, and is never written to an external disk. The conversion runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to delete.
